Sweetwater Care in the Central Valley is expanding its in-house Therapy Team and seeks motivated Physical Therapists for Full-Time and PRN roles. You will help residents recover from illness, injury, or medical events, restoring functioning and independence through client-centered therapy.

Qualifications

• Requires valid Physical Therapy license in the state of practice, or proof of license eligibility.
• Graduated from accredited Physical Therapy program.

Responsibilities

• Provide care of residents to recover and rehabilitate from serious illness, injury or medical event.
• Demonstrate clinical reasoning in synthesizing complex evaluation data and developing a plan of care.
• Develop and implement individualized therapy programs to restore and enhance performance.
• Identify need for and refer to other disciplines to address patient needs.
