The role involves developing, recovering, or maintaining the daily living and work skills of individuals with physical, mental, or developmental conditions. You will provide effective, client-centered services that empower individuals to perform daily activities confidently and independently.

Responsibilities
The Physical Therapist will conduct comprehensive evaluations based on MD's orders.
Develop and implement treatment plans with clear goals, including long-term and short-term objectives, frequency, duration, and modalities.
Ensure all MD orders for evaluations, treatments, re-certifications, and discharges are obtained and followed.
Provide treatment utilizing appropriate modalities, modifying as indicated while adhering to safety precautions.
Complete all required documentation accurately and timely.

Qualifications
Graduation from an accredited university with a B.S., Doctorate, MA, or MS in Physical Therapy recognized by the APTA.
Current license and/or registration as a Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
