Job Description

As a Physical Therapist at Roadrunner Home Health, you will be responsible for evaluating and treating patients in their homes to help them recover from injuries, surgeries, or chronic conditions. This role offers flexibility in scheduling and a supportive, team-oriented environment. You will work closely with patients and their families to develop customized therapy plans that improve mobility, strength, and overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct physical therapy assessments and evaluations in the home setting.
• Develop personalized treatment plans based on patient needs and goals.
• Provide hands‑on therapy, including exercises, manual therapy, and modalities.
• Educate patients and caregivers on exercises, safety, and injury prevention techniques.
• Document patient progress, treatment plans, and outcomes in accordance with company policies.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, such as nurses, occupational therapists, and physicians, to provide comprehensive care.
• Adhere to state and federal regulations for home health therapy services.
