Qualifications

• Valid state license or certification.

Responsibilities

• Plan and administer treatment to residents and patients with disabilities to relieve pain, restore or improve function, and promote healing.
• Deliver therapy in accordance with an established plan of care.
• Provide clinical support and instruct patients, families, and caregivers.
• Monitor patient response to treatment.
• Complete required forms and documentation per policy and regulations.
