Job summary
Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to provide in-facility therapy across rehabilitation and wellness services. You will assess patient needs, develop recovery plans, and deliver therapy to help patients regain function and independence.

Qualifications
- Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the state(s) of practice.
- Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent in PT-related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy as applicable.
- Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience.
- Foreign-educated PT degrees must be evaluated for US equivalence.
Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and design individualized recovery plans.
- Deliver high-quality physical therapy services in facility settings.
- Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans to meet goals.
- Educate patients and caregivers to promote independence and functional outcomes.
