Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist to provide in-facility PT services, assess patients, and develop personalized recovery plans. You will work within a multidisciplinary rehab team and report to the Director of Rehab.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid Physical Therapy license in the practice state(s).
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy or equivalent required.
• For degree outside the U.S., evaluation to U.S. equivalent required.

Responsibilities

• Provide physical therapy in facility settings.
• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver PT services with patient-centered care.
• Collaborate with rehab team and refer as needed.

Master's degree in Physical Therapy

Master's degree in a Physical Therapy related field with Bachelor's in Physical Therapy

Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy + 5 years PT experience
