Job summary

Powerback Rehabilitation is hiring a Physical Therapist to work in-facility, under the direction of the Director of Rehab. You will evaluate patients, design individualized recovery plans, and deliver in-person physical therapy to restore mobility and function.

This role emphasizes teamwork with other clinicians, patient-centered care, and education for patients and caregivers to promote independence. Competitive hourly pay range is offered with strong benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Must hold a valid Physical Therapy license in the U.S.
• Master's degree in Physical Therapy; or equivalent
• Bachelor's in Physical Therapy plus 5 years of progressively responsible PT experience; or Master's in PT related field with Bachelor's in PT

Responsibilities

• Assess patient needs and develop recovery plans.
• Deliver physical therapy to patients.
• Collaborate with Director of Rehab and care team.
• Support patient independence and rehabilitation goals.
