Qualifications

• Graduation from an APTA or CAPTE-accredited physical therapy program.
• Bachelor's Degree in Physical Therapy; DPT preferred.
• Current state license to practice physical therapy.
• Basic Life Support Certification from the American Heart Association.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to engage with patients and colleagues.
• Proficiency in computer applications and documentation systems.

Responsibilities

• Evaluating patients referred by physicians and formulating individualized treatment plans.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic interventions across orthopedic, pediatric, neurologic, and sports medicine.
• Collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to enhance patient outcomes.
• Providing compassionate therapeutic care, including in patients' homes when needed.
• Educating patients and caregivers on treatment protocols and recovery processes.
• Meeting performance metrics and supporting business development objectives.
