Job summary

People Well Staffing is seeking a licensed Physical Therapist in Modesto, CA to evaluate patients, develop individualized plans of care, and deliver evidence-based therapeutic exercise and functional training. You will monitor progress, educate families, and document outcomes while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.

Applicants should hold an accredited physical therapy degree and a CA PT license (or eligibility). BLS/CPR may be required.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate patients and develop individualized plans of care based on functional goals.
• Provide evidence-based therapeutic exercise, mobility, balance, gait, and functional training.

• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on safety and home programs.
• Complete accurate and timely clinical documentation.
• Collaborate with physicians, nursing, rehabilitation professionals, and the interdisciplinary team.
