Qualifications

• Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Hold a valid state license (or be in process of obtaining one if a recent graduate).
• Previous experience in acute care, long‑term care or rehabilitation is a plus.
• Passion for working with patients and making a meaningful impact in their recovery journey.

Responsibilities

• Develop personalized treatment plans to meet each patient’s unique needs.
• Help patients regain strength, mobility and independence.
• Set goals, track progress and maintain productivity standards.
• Supervise Physical Therapist Assistants and work closely with our interdisciplinary team.
