Altru Health seeks a licensed Physical Therapist to evaluate and treat patients in the Devils Lake clinic. You will work within an interdisciplinary team to develop and execute plan of care that supports patient goals and discharge planning.

You will document progress, educate patients and families, and supervise therapy assistants as needed, ensuring compliance with licensure and insurance guidelines while maintaining high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in North Dakota.
• Driver's license with acceptable driving record.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification.
• Ability to work within an interdisciplinary team and coordinate care.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate, plan, and implement therapy interventions aligned with patient goals.
• Document progress and adapt plans; coordinate with therapy team.
• Educate patients and families on procedures and at-home care.
