Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Provides therapeutic treatment in accordance with the patients’ established plan of care.
• Monitor patients' progress and report any changes to the Physical Therapist.
• Participates in training programs for community staff, patients, families, and rehabilitation staff.
• Assists Physical Therapist in establishing restorative nursing programs.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records.
