Job summary

Piedmont Fayette Hospital in Georgia is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to provide comprehensive rehabilitation services to a diverse patient population.

You will perform evaluations, develop treatment plans, and apply modalities to restore function, relieve pain, and promote independence across pediatric to geriatric ages.

This position requires a degree in Physical Therapy, a current Georgia license or compact privileges, and BCLS certification; two years of experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program with a BS, MS, or DPT.
• Current Georgia Physical Therapist License or compact privileges in Georgia.
• BCLS (AHA) certification required.

Responsibilities

• Provides physical therapy services for a designated group of patients, assisting them to reach highest level of physical independence.
• Conducts physical therapy evaluations, modalities, and treatments to restore function, relieve pain, and prevent disability.
• Provides patient care to all age groups including pediatric, adult, and geriatric.
• May supervise and orient assigned staff.
