Job summary

Tacoma Nursing and Rehabilitation in Tacoma, WA is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to join our 5-star team. We offer both part-time and full-time roles, including weekends and PRN, with pay of $60–$65 per hour, DOE.

Responsibilities include evaluating and treating patients with orthopedic and neurological conditions, developing individualized plans, collaborating with an interdisciplinary team, educating patients and families, and documenting progress to maintain functional gains.

Qualifications

• Valid Washington State Physical Therapist license.
• Long-term care experience preferred, but candidates from other clinical backgrounds are welcome.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of orthopedic and neurological conditions.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals and maximize their potential.
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care.
• Educate patients and their families on treatment plans and strategies for maintaining functional gains.
• Document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
