A leading healthcare provider in Kernersville seeks a Physical Therapist II to evaluate and treat patients with diverse needs. The ideal candidate will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure holistic patient care and optimize treatment outcomes. This position requires a Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy and at least 3 years of experience, alongside relevant licensure and certifications.
The Physical Therapist II evaluates patients' conditions, develops personalized treatment plans, and implements therapeutic interventions to optimize functional abilities. This position is able to effectively and efficiently treat all patients in their clinical practice setting and complete all physical therapy job functions with minimal guidance. It initiates communication among inter-disciplinary team members, treats familiar patients with confidence, and advocates for patients and the team. The role requires independent practice in the primary setting and may require occasional guidance during complex or cross-coverage situations.
Responsibilities include:
Education: Bachelor's degree in Physical Therapy
Experience: Minimum 3 years
Licensure/Certification: North Carolina license by the NCPT Board of Physical Therapy Examiners; BLS (CPR) from American Red Cross or AHA Healthcare Provider
