Job summary

You will supervise PT Assistants, oversee interns, participate in professional development, and ensure documentation compliance.

Qualifications

• PT license in California required.
• BLS certification within 30 days of hire.
• Minimum two years of work experience.

Responsibilities

• Assess, treat, and manage patients with physical, motor, and sensory impairments affecting functional mobility.
• Instruct and supervise PT Assistants and Aides in treatments delegated and ensure required documentation.
• Oversee orientation, training and oversight of student interns and new employees.
• Engage in professional growth activities to develop and improve patient care delivery and departmental performance.

Job Summary

Qualifications

Education

• College Degree - 4 year in Physical Therapy (required)
• Doctorate (preferred)

Licenses and Certifications

• PT - Physical Therapist License - PTBC - Physical Therapy Board of California (required)
• BLS - Basic Life Support - AHA - American Heart Association within 30 days of hire or transfer into position (required)

Work Experience

• Minimum two (2) years (required)
