Job Description
Provide Physical Therapy services within an interdisciplinary environment consistent with the position’s qualifications, professional practices, and ethical standards.
Demonstrate accountability for, and contribution to, the Department’s daily operations, including fulfilling charge duties as requested.
Exhibit fiscal responsibility through accurate time-keeping of assigned work shifts (which includes compliance with management-designated start/end times).
Participate in program development and quality improvement activities as requested by management.
Adhere to the Department’s established productivity standards.
Carry out all responsibilities in a manner reflective of El Camino Health’s We Care values and Medical Staff Code of Conduct and Professional Behavior.
Float between campuses as required by the enterprise-wide position.
Qualifications
Completion of Accredited Physical Therapy Program; Master’s or Doctorate degree preferred.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience; if working in NICU, at least one year experience in NICU care.
Meets Career Ladder requirements of Level II Therapist.
License/Certification/Registration Requirements
Current valid California Physical Therapy license.
Current BLS (Basic Lifesaving Certification - American Heart Association) for Healthcare Provider.
CCS-Paneled or in process if working in NICU/OP Pediatrics.
Ages of Patients Served
This position can serve the following age groups: neonate/child (0-3), child (4-12), adolescent (13-17), adult (18-64), and older adult (65+).
Salary Range: $59.91 - $78.06 USD Hourly
