The Physical Therapist II evaluates patients' conditions, develops personalized treatment plans, and implements therapeutic interventions to optimize functional abilities. This position is capable of effectively treating all patients within their clinical practice setting and completing all physical therapy duties with minimal guidance. The role involves initiating communication among interdisciplinary team members, confidently treating familiar patients, and advocating for patients and the team. Independent practice is required in the primary setting, with occasional guidance needed in complex or cross-coverage situations.
