Job summary

Endeavor Health, a fully integrated care system serving northeast Illinois, seeks a Physical Therapist I for Outpatient Orthopedics in Buffalo Grove. This part-time role (20 hours) offers flexibility with daytime hours Monday–Friday and a pay range of $35.16–$54.50 per hour.

Responsibilities include evaluations, treatment and follow-up for physician-referred patients, proper record-keeping, and supervision of students. IL licensure and CPR are required.

• Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in Illinois.
• Experience in outpatient orthopedic settings.

Hourly Pay Range:

$35.16 - $54.50 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.

What you will do:

• Provide evaluation, treatment and follow-up services to physician referred patients
• Prepare and maintain accurate patient records including evaluations, progress notes, discharge summaries and billing
• Participates in the clinical supervision of students

What you will need:

• License: Licensed or eligible for licensure as a Physical Therapist in the State of IL
• Education: Graduation from a program in physical therapy approved by the Committee on Allied Health Education and Accreditation of The Medical Association or the American Physical Therapy Association or its educational equivalent, or The Council on Medical Education of the American Medical Association and the American Physical Therapy Association
• Certification: CPR certification required
• Experience: outpatient; ortho
