Duly Health and Care is seeking an outpatient Physical Therapist in New Lenox, IL. This role welcomes new graduates, early-career clinicians, or experienced therapists, offering time, support, and resources to build your practice with no double booking and strong internal referrals.

Mentorship is a core feature, with a structured 6-month program and funds for continuing education. Base salary ranges from $77,000 to $110,000, with potential sign-on and additional incentives in a supportive team

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one outpatient physical therapy sessions with dedicated time per patient.
• Schedule Monday–Friday, with two evenings per week until 7:00 PM.
• Engage in mentorship and opportunities to develop clinical specialties.
