You'll work Monday–Friday with evenings, enjoy strong internal referrals, and access to continued education funds and a broad rehab network within Duly.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or eligible Illinois Physical Therapist license.

Responsibilities

• Provide one-on-one patient care with autonomy.
• Engage in structured mentorship during first six months.
• Collaborate with PTs, OTs, PTAs, physicians and other staff.
