Effective July 1, 2025, under the Personal Leave Program 2025, each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit 19 will have a 3% base salary reduction and will receive 5 leave credits monthly through June 2027. Part-time and permanent intermittent employees are subject to equivalent prorated reductions.
