Salary and Leave

Effective July 1, 2025, under the Personal Leave Program 2025, each full-time employee in Bargaining Unit 19 will have a 3% base salary reduction and will receive 5 leave credits monthly through June 2027. Part-time and permanent intermittent employees are subject to equivalent prorated reductions.

Responsibilities

• Administer physical therapy treatments, including active, passive, restorative, and resistive modalities to incarcerated patients.
• Interpret the significance of physical therapy services to patients.
• Comply with State and federal laws and regulations, and Department policies pertaining to the physical therapy program.
• Maintain order, supervise the conduct of incarcerated individuals, and safeguard persons, property, and work areas.
