Job Opportunity: Physical Therapist (PT) at BAYADA Home Health Care

Sign-On Bonus: Up to $10,000

Position: PRN, part-time, or full-time

Location: Schuylkill County, PA

Join BAYADA Home Health Care as an experienced Physical Therapist, providing vital home health visits. Be a key member of a multidisciplinary team delivering rehabilitative care that allows clients to remain at home.

Responsibilities:

1. Make home visits to clients in designated areas.
2. Perform diagnostic tests, including mobility, strength, and safety assessments.
3. Implement wound care interventions using evidence-based dressings.
4. Develop and update individualized care plans with therapeutic exercises and interventions.
5. Assess and revise care plans, collaborating with nursing staff.
6. Educate clients and families on rehabilitative activities.
7. Document care activities accurately using electronic devices.

Qualifications:

• Current Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) license.
• Graduate from an APTA-approved program or equivalent.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in computer skills; EMR experience preferred.
