Physical Therapist ‐ Home Health ‐ (PT ‐ HH)

Start Date: 5/7/2025 | Available Shifts: 9 D/N/E | Pay Rate: $1607.95 ‐ $1761.90

Position Details:

1. PT‐ Home Health needed ASAP for 13 weeks
2. Shift: 9 hours, Days – M‐F, 8 am ‐ 5 pm
3. Experience: 1 year required
4. Licensure: BLS‐ND, PT license (Compact accepted)

Required Qualifications:

• Physical Therapist, Home Health
• Experience: 1 year
• Licenses: PT (Compact Accepted)
• Certifications: BLS‐AHA (Copy needed)
• SSN and DOB required
• Work History: No more than 30 days gap in the last year
• References: 1 reference in entire work history
