BrightStar Care of Frisco/Carrollton is actively seeking a Physical Therapist PRN to join our team in Frisco & Carrollton. The right candidate will live by our mission: to empower our clients to live well at every stage of life and in every setting. You'll join a supportive team dedicated to delivering compassionate, expert home care.

Responsibilities:
Evaluate, plan, and implement treatment programs according to the principles of physical therapy.
Educate patients in a 1:1 treatment setting in their home.
Maintain patient records according to joint commission standards.
Report to the Director of Nursing, BSN, to coordinate appropriate patient care.
Attend appointments on time and manage a flexible, part time schedule.
Manage your own team of PTA's as we grow.

Requirements:
Degree from accredited Physical Therapy program.
Current professional TX license as a Physical Therapist
Home health experience prefrred.
