Job summary

CommonSpirit Health is seeking a dedicated Physical Therapist to deliver compassionate home-based care across diverse patient populations in North Dakota. You will evaluate, treat, and educate patients, while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to achieve optimal outcomes.

Travel may be required to patient homes as part of a flexible, patient-centered care model. A $15,000 sign-on bonus is offered to eligible new hires who meet requirements.

Qualifications

• Must have a PT degree from an accredited program.
• Licensed to practice in North Dakota.
• Two years of PT experience.
• Current CPR certification.
• Minnesota driver’s license on file.

Responsibilities

• Evaluate and treat patients referred by providers.
• Provide supervision for PTAs and support personnel.
• Complete documentation related to patient care in a timely manner.
• Participate in and provide educational in-services for staff and providers.
• Collaborate with healthcare team and provide professional recommendations.
• Engage in patient care coordination activities (care conferences, etc.)

Job Summary and Responsibilities

As our Physical Therapist, you will provide compassionate, personalized care in the home. Our skilled staff improve lives by providing care for our patients wherever they call home. We are focused on caring for patients recovering from injuries, living with a chronic illness, and other medical needs.

Every day, you will evaluate and treat disabilities, injuries and disease using a range of manual therapy, modalities and exercises as well as providing education and consulting services. The Physical Therapist complies with all regulatory, professional, ethical, quality improvement and facility standards, performs charting and patient progress notes as well as supervision, training and assistance to department personnel. The Physical Therapist serves in a multidisciplinary capacity providing services to a wide variety of populations which may include pediatric, medical/surgical, orthopedics, outpatient. Homecare services are also provided and may increase travel frequency.

You should be personable, positive, and motivated to provide quality care to a wide variety of patients every day.

We are offering a $15,000 Sign-On Bonus to new hires who meet the eligibility requirements.

Job Requirements

Required

• Possesses a degree from a baccalaureate, Masters or Doctorate program in physical therapy approved by an accredited organization
• Licensed to practice as physical therapist within the State of ND
• Two years of appropriate experience as a physical therapist
• Possesses and maintains current CPR certification
• Current MN Driver’s license

Preferred

• Community/home health experience

Pay Range

$38.34 - $57.03 /hour
