Base Pay Range

$34.00/hr - $38.00/hr

Medi Home Health Agency, a proud member of Medical Services of America Inc., seeks a Full-Time Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) for our Home Health patients in Morganton, Drexel, Glen Alpine, Valdese, Rhodhiss, Hildebran, Rutherford College, Marion, Old Fort, Nebo, Glenwood, West Marion (McDowell, Burke) NC.

· Provides physical therapy services to patients under appropriate guidelines and in accordance with the plan of treatment developed by the PT.

· Assists the physician in implementing and conducting treatment as outlined in the treatment plan.

· Monitors patient's response to treatment and modifies treatment as indicated in accordance with the plan of care, reporting to the physician or client care manager.

· Develops, prepares, and maintains individualized client care progress records accurately and timely, following policies.

· Assists with interpreting and communicating evaluation findings to patients, family, and other staff members.

Job Requirements

· Valid PTA license in the state of NC.

· Valid Driver's License

· Minimum of one-year verifiable physical therapy experience

· Home Health experience preferred.
