BAYADA Home Health Care in Missouri is hiring new graduate Physical Therapists to begin their clinical careers with mentorship and individualized patient care in home health settings.

You'll treat adult and geriatric patients, receive structured orientation, and work with an experienced team to grow clinical skills, maintain high standards, and build confidence while delivering exceptional home-based therapy.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.
