BAYADA Home Health Care is seeking new graduate Physical Therapists to join a compassionate team in North Carolina. You will start with structured orientation and mentorship, delivering one-on-one patient care in the home to adult and geriatric clients, while building confidence for independent practice.

Qualifications

• Graduate of an accredited Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) program.
• Licensed or license-eligible Physical Therapist in the state of practice.
• New graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilités

• Evaluate and assess patients' functional status and mobility.
• Develop individualized treatment plans to maximize independence and safety.
• Provide skilled therapeutic interventions in patients' homes.
• Educate patients, families, and caregivers on exercises, mobility, fall prevention, and home safety.
• Collaborate with physicians, nurses, occupational therapists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals.
• Complete timely electronic documentation while maintaining the highest standards of patient care.

Base Pay, depending upon qualifications, status, and subject to negotiation:

$60.00 - $68.00 per point ($78,000-$88,400 annual earning potential)
