Job summary

Theracare, located in Indiana, seeks a Physical Therapist for the Garrett area on a PRN basis to evaluate and treat patients across home health, SNF and outpatient settings. You will collaborate with a clinical team to deliver personalized therapy aimed at restoring strength, mobility and function while maintaining high standards of patient care.

This is PRN for the Garrett area

Qualifications

The Physical Therapist would evaluate and treat patients, in accordance with the orders from the physician, through the use of a variety of therapeutic procedures designed to restore loss of muscle strength, coordination, body alignment, to relieve pain, improve movement and function. The Physical Therapist will work as a member of a team providing support and information within the area of Physical Therapy.

QUALIFICATIONS:

Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in Physical Therapy

Current registration with the American Physical Therapy Certification Board

Prefer minimum one (1) year experience in rehabilitation

Excellent oral, written communication and interpersonal skills

Willingness to provide therapy services in locations including, but not limited to, Skilled Nursing Facilities, Outpatient Facilities, Long Term Care Facilities or Home Health Care

Demonstrate competency in applying the principles, methods, materials and equipment used in specific therapy discipline

Knowledge of accreditation standards and compliance requirements
