• Minimum nine months experience as a physical therapist

Required Certifications and Licenses:

• Master's degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Current license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of operation
• Valid CPR certification
• Valid driver's license with ability to travel to all business locations
