Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you should have:

• A minimum of nine months experience as a physical therapist
• Preferred community/home health experience

Required Certifications and Licenses:

• A Master’s degree in physical therapy from a CAPTE-accredited program
• Current license to practice as a physical therapist in the state of operation
• Valid CPR certification
• A valid driver’s license and ability to travel to all work locations
