Job summary

TEEMA Solutions Group is looking for a dedicated Physical Therapist for a Home Health role in Clearlake, California. You will evaluate and treat patients in their homes, aiming to restore mobility and improve quality of life. The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of recent experience in Home Health Physical Therapy and must possess a Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree and an active California license. BLS or CPR certification is also required.
