Job summary

Nealy Pierce is seeking a Home Health Physical Therapist for a hospital-affiliated role with PSLF eligibility. The position offers a $100,000+ base salary and additional pay via PPV for units above 30 per week, plus a clear schedule and light weekend rotation.

Qualifications

• Must be licensed as a Physical Therapist (NPTE).
• Minimum 1 year of experience required (not open to new grads).
• Experience in Home Health setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Educate patients on how their body responds to treatment and what to expect during therapy.
• Deliver patient-centered home health physical therapy with a focus on outcomes.
• Coordinate care with hospital-affiliated system and scheduling team.
