Always Best Care is looking to add a part-time physical therapist to our Home Health team, with an opportunity to transition to a full-time position. We seek a motivated candidate to join our energetic team, providing quality patient care and contributing to the overall well-being of individuals in need of physical therapy services. Qualifications

• Graduate of Physical Therapy program.
• Possesses current registration or license as required by the state of practice.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in a healthcare facility or equivalent experience preferred.
• Good written and verbal communication skills, along with strong interpersonal skills.
• Licensed driver with automobile insurance in accordance with state/agency requirements. Good driving record and reliable transportation.
• Current CPR certification.

Responsibilities

• Conduct assessments and develop individualized treatment plans for patients.
• Implement therapeutic exercises and modalities to aid in patient recovery.
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
• Educate patients and their families on at-home exercises and self-care techniques.
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care.
