Job summary

Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is seeking a Physical Therapist to join our Certified Home Health team on site in Maryland. The role focuses on a resident-centered approach, implementing care plans that honor residents’ preferences and routines while addressing physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.

Candidates should have Home Care PT experience, a Maryland PT license, and the ability to manage documentation for reimbursement and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

• Must meet current Medicare and state requirements.
• Maryland State Physical Therapy license required.
• Home care PT experience.
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups preferred.
• Experience completing documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements (eg OASIS).

Responsibilities

• Provide a holistic approach to residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs.
• Implement residents’ personal care plans focusing on strengths, preferences and routines.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary clinical team to address residents’ needs throughout care.

Join our Rehab as a Physical Therapist!

We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with Home Care experience to join our Certified Home Health team.

Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

All of our residents live within our award-winning campus (Home Care without the travel!), creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

Compensation: $48 - $52 per hour, commensurate with experience plus $5,000* Sign-On Bonus.

What you will need:

• Must meet current Medicare and state requirements
• Must possess a valid and current Maryland State Physical Therapy license
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements (ie: OASIS , etc.)
• Previous Home Care Physical Therapy experience required
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
