Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living is hiring a Physical Therapist for Home Care on our Certified Home Health team. The role focuses on a holistic, resident-centered approach and implementing personalized care plans within our campus-based community.

Compensation ranges from $48 to $52 per hour, commensurate with experience, plus a $5,000 sign-on bonus. We offer comprehensive benefits, PTO, 401(k) with match, and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• What you will need: current Maryland State Physical Therapy license and Home Care experience.
• Experience documenting care to meet reimbursement/regulatory requirements (e.g., OASIS).
• Ability to work with an interdisciplinary clinical team and older adults.

Join our Rehab as a Physical Therapist!

We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with Home Care experience to join our Certified Home Health team.

Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

All of our residents live within our award-winning campus (Home Care without the travel!), creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

Compensation: $48 - $52 per hour, commensurate with experience plus $5,000* Sign-On Bonus.

• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

What you will need:

• Must meet current Medicare and state requirements
• Must possess a valid and current Maryland State Physical Therapy license
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements (ie: OASIS , etc.)
• Previous Home Care Physical Therapy experience required
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
