Riderwood Village by Erickson Senior Living in Maryland is seeking a Physical Therapist with Home Care experience to join our Certified Home Health team. You will support residents’ physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs, implementing personal care plans and collaborating with the interdisciplinary team.

Compensation ranges from $48 to $52 per hour with a $5,000 sign-on bonus. We offer comprehensive benefits, including health packages, retirement plans, paid time off, and education

Competenze

• Must hold a Maryland State Physical Therapy license.

Join our Rehab as a Physical Therapist!

We are hiring a resident-centered Physical Therapist with Home Care experience to join our Certified Home Health team.

Our Physical Therapists provide a holistic approach, supporting the residents' physical, spiritual, emotional, and clinical needs. They are responsible for implementing residents’ personal care plans, focusing on residents’ strengths, preferences, and preferred routines, while providing a sense of comfort, companionship, and belonging.

All of our residents live within our award-winning campus (Home Care without the travel!), creating an environment where you can be part of their journey throughout their continuum of care.

Compensation: $48 - $52 per hour, commensurate with experience plus $5,000* Sign-On Bonus.

* Please note: Candidates sourced by third-party agencies are not eligible for this sign-on bonus.

• Working with the interdisciplinary clinical team to ensure the needs of our residents are being addressed throughout their care.

What you will need:

• Must meet current Medicare and state requirements
• Must possess a valid and current Maryland State Physical Therapy license
• Experience and the ability to complete documentation to meet reimbursement and regulatory requirements (ie: OASIS , etc.)
• Previous Home Care Physical Therapy experience required
• Therapeutic experience in older adults across multiple diagnostic groups is preferred
