As a Physical Therapist, you'll have the independence to use your clinical judgment, manage your schedule, and build meaningful relationships with patients, without giving up the support of a strong team.
Most of your visits will be in Dorchester, with additional coverage in Jamaica Plain, Mission Hill/Roxbury.
You’ll work with a diverse urban patient population, helping people meet their goals in the environment where they live every day.
You have independence, but you're never on your own.
Home care can be a big transition, especially if you're coming from a hospital or outpatient setting. Our onboarding is designed to help you feel prepared and confident working independently in the community. You'll also have ongoing opportunities for training, education, and professional development.
Your schedule includes dedicated time for documentation, chart review, visit preparation, and care coordination. Our MGB electronic documentation system gives you easy access to doctors' notes and orders, helping make communication and care coordination more seamless.

At least one year of experience in acute care, rehab, or home care as a Physical Therapist
