Qualifikationen

• Graduation from a CAPTE-accredited Physical Therapy program.
• Current or upcoming Michigan Physical Therapy license and CPR certification.

• Assess patients to develop and initiate treatment plans based on evaluations.
• Review referrals and patient records to determine required PT treatments.
• Provide direct patient care per established protocols and guidelines.
• Document findings, progress, and instructions to patients and caregivers.
• Supervise assistants and rehabilitation technicians in patient care.
• Draft a written plan of care and set goals based on evaluations.
• Implement treatment programs and deliver essential PT services.
• Communicate with patients, caregivers, physicians, and insurers.
• Ensure timely documentation including daily notes and discharge summaries.
