Physical Therapist – 5,000 Sign-on Bonus. Full-time opportunity at our Bad Axe, Michigan clinic. Earn a base salary of up to $90,000, depending on experience, plus participate in a clinic bonus structure. We’re also offering a $5,000 sign-on bonus.
