Qualifications

• Must hold a valid PT license in the state of practice.
• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program; foreign-trained must be substantially equivalent as per APTA guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform evaluations, assessments, and treatments per care plan.
• Complete documentation accurately and timely.
• Follow policies related to scope of practice.
• Respond to priorities in patient care with sound judgment.
• Complete orientations, in-services, and trainings on time.
• Perform other duties as directed by supervisor.
