PT Solutions in Anderson, IN is hiring a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to quality care and advance your clinical career. You’ll work with orthopedic and musculoskeletal patients across a collaborative team, developing evidence-based treatment plans and managing documentation in the EMR.

The role offers a six-week onboarding (Vitals+), in-house CE, mentorship, and ABTPRFE-accredited residency-style programs, plus a comprehensive benefits package and growth pathways to leadership

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow in the EMR system.
