Job summary

PT Solutions in Union, NJ is seeking a full-time Physical Therapist to expand access to transformative care and grow professionally.

You will evaluate and treat orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, design evidence-based plans, and manage documentation in an EMR. We offer onboarding, mentorship, residency-style programs, in-house CEs, incentives, and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure.
• BLS certification.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, with education tailored to individual needs.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
