Job summary

PT Solutions Physical Therapy is seeking full-time Physical Therapists in Salem, IN to deliver high-quality care across orthopedic, sports, pelvic health, and neuro rehab. You will join a collaborative team with a strong patient focus and growth opportunities.

The role includes onboarding, mentorship, in-house continuing education, and access to a residency-style program to support specialty development. A competitive compensation package is offered.

Qualifications

• Graduate of a CAPTE-accredited PT program.
• Current or pending state licensure in Indiana.
• BLS certification.
• Strong interpersonal skills and team-oriented mindset.
• Ability to manage a full clinical caseload (10–12 patients/day).

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and treatments for orthopedic and musculoskeletal conditions, providing education tailored to individual needs within an interdisciplinary environment.
• Design personalized, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Efficiently manage patient documentation and workflow within the EMR system.
