Job summary

SporTherapy, part of the Confluent Health family, is seeking a Licensed Physical Therapist for Weatherford, TX. You will assess movement dysfunction, design personalized plans, and deliver therapeutic interventions in a collaborative outpatient setting with a gym space and modern equipment.

This role includes AI-supported documentation, mentorship, residency opportunities through Evidence In Motion, and a $5K sign-on bonus plus weekly productivity bonuses.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist (or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice).
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.

Responsibilities

• Assess movement dysfunction via history and exam.
• Develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care for goals and lifestyle.
• Deliver interventions: exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach accordingly.
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery.
