Job summary

SporTherapy, a member of Confluent Health, seeks a Licensed Physical Therapist in Fort Worth, TX to join a growth-focused team delivering patient-centered care with AI-assisted documentation.

Compensation includes $80K-95K plus a $5K sign-on and weekly bonuses up to ~ $8K per year; residency programs through Evidence in Motion are funded for career advancement.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or ability to obtain licensure in the state of practice.

Responsibilities

• Applying clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and identify underlying causes through patient history and physical examination.
• Collaboratively developing and adjusting evidence-based plans of care that reflect each patient’s goals, needs, and lifestyle.
• Delivering skilled interventions, including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities, to improve function and reduce pain.
• Tracking meaningful patient outcomes and adjusting your approach based on progress and clinical presentation.
• Serving as a trusted resource and advocate for your patients throughout their recovery journey.

About

Compensation: $80K-95K + Sign On Bonus of $5k + weekly bonus based on patient volume up to an additional ~$8k per year, average less than 11 patients per day, and additional CEUs! Benefits include generous paid time off, medical, dental, vision, disability, and 401(K) with a 4% employer match.
