Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist or able to obtain licensure in the practicing state.
• Passion for evidence-based, patient-centered care.
• Ability to collaborate and contribute in a team-based setting.

Responsibilities

• Apply clinical reasoning to assess movement dysfunction and underlying causes.
• Collaborate to develop and adjust evidence-based plans of care.
• Deliver interventions including therapeutic exercise, manual therapy, neuromuscular re-education, and modalities.
• Track patient outcomes and adjust approach based on progress.
• Advocate for patients throughout recovery journey.
