Therapeutic Associates Physical Therapy in Kennewick, WA seeks a Physical Therapist to deliver focused 1:1 patient care and collaborate with a PT cohort to advance clinical skills. You’ll work within a supportive team backed by AI-assisted charting and strong con-ed support, with opportunities to deepen specialty areas over time.

The role offers a competitive base, with a total compensation range and relocation/sign-on bonus, plus retirement and wellness benefits.

Formación

• Physical Therapist license OR anticipated completion of DPT coursework and exams within 6 months.

Responsabilidades

• Provide focused 1:1 patient care.
• Support clinicians with realistic productivity goals.
• Utilize AI-supported charting to maximize patient interaction.
• Contribute to ongoing professional development and specialty expansion.
• Engage in patient population across general orthopedics, spine, shoulder, balance, vestibular and chronic pain.
• Lead or participate in the PT Cohort program and mentorship tracks.

Educación
