The role focuses on implementing treatment plans, documenting progress, educating patients, and supporting discharge planning while pursuing ongoing clinical development, certification updates, and community health initiatives.

Qualifications

• AA or higher degree in Physical Therapist Assistant from an accredited program.
• Current State PTA License is required.
• Current CPR certification is required.

Responsibilities

• Implement selected components of patient interventions and modify progress as directed by the supervising PT.
• Provide PT services per the treatment plan established by the PT.
• Produce accurate, timely documentation of the treatment course.
• Communicate patient progression and follow-up needs to the care team.
